
You ever feel like you’re slipping your leash? Like you’re going crackers? Losing your marbles? That’s been me recently. I constantly feel like I’m forgetting something, and it seems like nowadays I have more than ever to remember. It seems like my daily to-do list keeps growing and growing, and I’m increasingly at a loss as to how to manage it, short of setting 17 daily reminders. I already have 16 daily alarms, so I’ve been trying to avoid adding to them, but it seems like I might have no choice in the matter.
It just seems like every single day I have an oh crap moment when I realize there’s something I forgot to do. Man, I hope this isn’t what I have to look forward to… living in a constant state of near-panic wondering what I forgot this time. I’m going to wind up like the guy on the Office Space movie poster, covered in post-it notes.
