First of all, if you’re unfamiliar with Haim, do yourself a favor and check them out now! They’re like if a mainstream pop band from 70s LA (think Fleetwood Mac, Eagles) was transported to the present day, intact. Their music could be called soft rock or yacht rock, but it’s awesome. They’re a band of sisters, and the eldest is the bass player, Este. She’s known as much for her bass face as for her prowess on her instrument, which is a great disservice, because she’s a very talented player.
