So they’re changing the Big Mac. Very interesting. I don’t eat Big Macs… I’m not a food snob, I just usually prefer the Quarter Pounder or Chicken McNuggets when I go to McDonald’s. But it got me thinking… often when there is a change made to some iconic product (think New Coke) people react with outrage, even though the reaction is just as likely to be a result of nostalgia, rather than the taste itself. For what it’s worth, I loved loved loved New Coke. But I’ve shared that story before.
But however you feel about the Big Mac changing, the return of the Hamburglar is a very good thing I think we can all agree about.
