It’s funny when bands say they’ll get back together “When Hell Freezes Over”… And for some reason we know that it’s gonna happen, we just don’t know when.
Well, one band I thought would NEVER get back together actually did… and for a good cause. So after nearly 30 years, Pink Floyd has recorded a song with a Ukrainian singer, with all proceeds going to Ukrainian Humanitarian Relief. Guitarist David Gilmour says the song is a show of “anger at a superpower invading a peaceful nation”. But it is also intended as a morale booster for the people of Ukraine, and a call “for peace”.
