
So, I had a “day”. I didn’t go to the gym this morning, and I ate like crap! I’ve been really doing good for the past month. I’ve watched what I ate, I’ve been working out, I’ve been doing my best to make sure I’m going to bed with a calorie “deficit”. (Burning more than I’m eating). And today happened. But you know what? I’m gonna get up tomorrow and keep going. Everyone falls down, everyone has rough patches, but everyone also has the opportunity to keep pushing. Put the bad day behind you and move forward. No matter what! Whether you’re writing a song, building a house, or just trying to get healthy… Just keep moving forward!!
