
I’m down 75 pounds now, and the difference is night and day. It is kind of a bummer that I’ve had to curtail my exercise regimen because of my rib injury, but that’s only temporary. Hopefully by the time spring is in full bloom I’ll be back up to full strength.
I’m still pretty blown away be how much better I feel physically. My stamina is vastly improved, my energy is better. I used to wake up at 4AM totally drained, now I wake up at 4AM only mostly drained! (HA!)
